How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the issue (photos help for damaged or defective items). We respond within 24 hours and either ship a replacement at our cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects (print errors, failed layers, misassembled items)
- Damage that happened in shipping
- Items that arrived materially different from the product page
- Wrong item or wrong color sent by us
What's not covered
- Custom orders and 1-of-1 commissions. These are designed and printed to your exact specifications after you approve a proof from us. Once approved and printed, they are final sale. We work with every customer through revisions during the design phase, so issues get caught before we print.
- Normal wear and tear over time (3D printed parts are durable but not invincible — see our FAQ for care tips).
- Damage caused by use outside the intended purpose (putting PLA items in a dishwasher, leaving them in a hot car in July, etc.).
Returns
For most issues we don't require the original item back — we just ship a replacement or refund. If a physical return is needed, the customer covers return shipping, and we'll provide the return address when we confirm the refund. No restocking fee on any covered return.
How long refunds take
Approved refunds process within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5–10 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
